Within EY-Parthenon Belgium, you’ll join one of two specialist teams: Strategy & Execution, where we lead strategic transformations, commercial due diligence, and commercial strategy, pricing and growth strategy work; or Transactions & Corporate Finance, where we value, structure and execute the deal once that decision has been made.

Strategy and Execution

Our ‘Strategy & Execution’ team helps clients decide where to grow, how to price, and how to turn ambition into a plan that works in the real world. That means strategic transformations, commercial due diligence, commercial strategy, pricing and growth strategy engagements.

Transactions & Corporate Finance
Every deal starts with a question: is this the right move?
As a consultant in Transactions & Corporate Finance, you help clients answer it and then make it happen. You’ll rotate across due diligence, valuation, decision modeling and M&A, working across sectors from day one.
That breadth is the point. You build the technical edge of a dealmaker fast, then sharpen it with real sector depth as you progress becoming the advisor clients trust with their highest-stakes decisions.
